Patrick Ross, Founder of Process Ninjas

Moin Moin, my name is Patrick. I am passionate about solving problems with processes.

I have been working with processes in all different positions for over 15 years. I have solved operational problems by building and improving processes. I have strategically developed processes and established process management in companies.

In doing so, I have learned that the long-term success of my customers’ processes also depends on my approach and my attitude during development. Over the years I have been able to call these factors by their name.

When founding the Process Ninjas in 2017 these factors became the principles of our ninja work and are our key to develop permanently successful processes and process systems.

A project is not finished until the process is accepted and used

It is the process result that counts, not the methodology

A process must grow step by step

No matter how, eventually the success process depends on the executors

very few processes have to be excellent and inspiring

Be clear if process follows IT or vice versa

Do no finish the project until the process is accepted and used

Designing a process is only 20% of the effort. Implementing the process and getting it up and running smoothly is the essential part that determines success. That is why we focus particularly on these activities.

It is the process result that counts, not the methodology

Every company and every problem is special. We adapt the process management to the specific problems and keep it as simple as possible.

Implement the process step by step

Most of the learning takes place during execution. That’s why we try to implement processes as quickly as possible and then develop them further step by step.

Develop the process for the executors

Even the best process will not work if it is not accepted and properly executed. That’s why we develop processes with the experts for the experts.

Try not to make the process excellent

Making a process excellent means an enormous effort in development, maintenance and execution. Only a few important processes are worth this effort. We try to identify the best level of maturity for a process and don’t waste money and effort and make it perfect unnecessarily.

"Information Technology following process" is not desirable

Customized applications are time-consuming, expensive and risk getting lost in unproductive desires. that’s why we try to find standard applications for as long as possible and use them as a basis for processes.
